To further our mission, IASIU works with our Chapter Presidents and members of the IASIU Laws and Legislation Committee to partner with a number of industry organizations on anti-fraud legislative and regulatory issues.  The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) and the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud are just two partners that we work with on strengthening anti-fraud laws, educating the public about insurance fraud, and communicating with elected officials about the need for stricter laws against insurance fraud.

In partnership with the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud and when appropriate, IASIU supports grassroots efforts to support state based anti-fraud legislative efforts.  The Engage website is powered by Congressional Quarterly/Roll Call (CQ Roll Call), a well-known source for legislative tracking and advocacy nationwide.  This powerful tool allows IASIU to directly contact legislators in states to support or oppose legislation related to anti-fraud efforts. It also provides state specific information on anti-fraud initiatives in state legislatures.
