The International Association of Special Investigations Units Pittsburgh Chapter and The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority present a one-day training seminar on Tuesday, February 26th. 


Registration begins at 8:45 am

Opening:         9:30am – 9:45am        Derek Davis (Nationwide Insurance, IASIU Pittsburgh Chapter President)

Session 1:       10:00am – 12:00pm    Psychology of Fraud and Thoughts About Insurance Fraud in a Digital Environment by J. Michael Skiba, MBA, PhD, “Dr. Fraud“

Lunch:             12:00pm – 1:00pm      Monongahela and Ohio Rooms

Session 2:        2:00pm – 4:00pm      Federal Prosecution of Financially Motivated Arson Cases by Matthew Regentin, Special Agent/CFI with Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF)


Seating is limited and only the first 200 applicants will be accepted.  The Seminar cost is only $25.00 and includes an onsite, continental breakfast and buffet-styled lunch catered by Rivers Casino.  Certificates will be provided.
